When I was asked to create the chess position for HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERER’S STONE, I was more than delighted. Throughout my life, I’ve watched movies and TV shows make a joke of real chess positions and real chess lingo. Now, after years of seething, I finally had a chance to do the job right.

Ho trovato interessante questo racconto legato alla famosa scena del film di Harry Potter nel quale i protagonisti devono superare come prova una partita a scacchi che li vede come pezzi della scacchiera.

Mi aspettavo che fosse la solita finta partita, come spesso accade nelle scene dei film… Invece, leggere per credere.
